Join our winemaker, Robin Akhurst, for an intimate and educational culinary experience at The CIA at Copia in Napa. This ultimate hands-on experience gives you the opportunity to execute a multi-course meal with state-of-the-art equipment and guided direction from the CIA's renowned chefs.
Find out how to give your at-home creations the "wow" factor, as your instructor guides you through some of the many delicious ways you can add flair to your meals. You will spend two hours in the kitchen and then enjoy the fruit of your labor while Chef answers your tricky questions. Enjoy your dinner alongside Clos Pegase wines that have been thoughtfully paired to perfection.
This intimate experience is limited to 14 guests. Wine Club Members receive special pricing at $150 per person.
