Join us for this abbreviated version of our popular Dig Truffles? Experience to explore and learn firsthand the flavors, gastronomy, history and mystery of truffles!
During this fun and unique two-hour experiential program, you will smell, touch and evaluate various species of truffles and products, and learn how to select, store and prepare them with Michelin starred Chef Ken Frank of La Toque. You’ll also discover surprising and interesting aspects of truffles with world-renowned truffle scientist Dr. Paul Thomas of American Truffle Company, and sample tasty truffle bites paired with sparkling wines. Plus, meet Rico the friendly truffle dog (petting allowed).
Doors open at 8:45am! Program begins at 9:00am.
Refund Policy: Before December 18, 2018, we offer full credit that may be applied towards the 2020 Festival, or a 50% cash refund. As of December 18, 2018, we offer a 65% credit applied toward the 2020 Festival. No cash refunds after December 18, 2018.
